In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, and will offer a full refund providing the goods reach us in a re-sellable condition.

We will refund customers who receive faulty or broken goods within 14 days, after this period we will be able to offer replacements up to 3 months after purchase.

We will always respond within 1 business day to any request, and aim to have any issues dealt with within 7 working days.
